As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services to our customers. This includes ensuring that all transport functions run smoothly, from debriefing drivers to dispatching them with correct paperwork. You will also be required to liaise with the warehouse to provide accurate ETAs for stock arrival and monitor routes to ensure they are running on time. In addition to these responsibilities, you will work closely with our customer service team to follow up on any transport-related incidents at customer sites. We offer a competitive salary of £13.46 per hour (nights) and £12.35 per hour (days), as well as a range of benefits, including weekly pay, temp-to-perm opportunities, and 28 days of annual leave.
