Job&Talent is seeking a skilled Logistics Support Specialist to join our team in Chesterfield.

In this role, you will work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service teams to ensure efficient transport operations.

Your key responsibilities will include debriefing drivers, completing trackers, and liaising with the warehouse to provide accurate ETAs for stock arrival.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with drivers to debrief and discuss any issues or concerns
  • Complete and publish trackers throughout the day to monitor progress
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure accurate ETAs for stock arrival
  • Work with the customer service team to resolve transport-related issues at customer sites
  • Dispatch drivers with correct paperwork and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer care and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor routes to ensure timely completion and escalate any issues to the Team Manager as needed
  • Manage time effectively to complete tasks within set deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with driver hour regulations
