The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Principal Digital Hardware Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corp. (AU), you will be responsible for providing installation, integration, operation, maintenance, and repair support for the ground terminal architecture at customer sites. You will apply your technical knowledge of electronics principles to determine equipment malfunctions and restore mission-critical operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will plan and execute system installations/upgrades and anomaly restoration activities. To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor of Science Degree in a STEM discipline plus 5 years of technical/engineering experience OR Master of Science Degree in a STEM discipline plus 3 years of technical/engineering experience OR 9 years of related experience in lieu of degree. Additionally, you should have experience with the repair, configuration, troubleshooting, and operations of network devices, computer systems, and SATCOM equipment. A Network+, Security +, or DoD Directive 8570 IAT Level 1 or higher certification is also required.
