We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager for Hardware Development to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our hardware engineering team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of hardware-related activities, from design to production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Procurement: Support the UK development team with hardware sourcing during the design phase, covering prototype and production deliveries.
  • Hardware Design and Development: Responsible for supporting the design and development of hardware components, enclosures, and housing for RF and Digital modules.
  • Integration and Testing: Responsible for integrating multiple modules into complete product hardware enclosures, physical integration, and cabling.
  • Milestone Deliveries: Responsible for key assigned milestone deliveries, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Support collective working to agreed processes, including design inputs, outputs, module/product build, and testing, ensuring process and documentation guidelines are followed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in electronics and RF packaging techniques, with a strong background in product development and production.
  • Education: BSC/MSc in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of RF and Digital product development and production techniques, PCB design, enclosure and interface design, and design for sheet metal fabrication and high-pressure casting.
