H Hardware Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a Hardware Engineering Specialist to join our team at Chroma Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for engineers who are passionate about designing and developing electronic hardware and software solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Principal Engineers to tackle highly technical challenges. With a flat structure, you will report directly to the Technical Director and have the opportunity to bring new ideas and challenge the norm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electronic hardware and software solutions
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Contribute to the development of innovative technologies and products
  • Maintain and improve existing designs and systems
  • Ensure designs meet compliance requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Electronic/Hardware Engineering
  • Analogue & Digital Circuit Design
  • Schematic Capture, PCB Design & Layout (KiCad or Altium)
  • RF (highly desirable)
  • Comms Protocols Ethernet, RF, Wireless
  • Test & Validation
  • Design for compliance
  • Firmware knowledge is nice to have

Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience
