About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hardware Engineering Team Lead to join our UK-based team. As a team lead, you will oversee the development of our hardware products, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of hardware engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Product Development: Oversee the design and development of hardware components, enclosures, and housing for RF and Digital modules.
  • Integration and Testing: Ensure the integration of multiple modules into complete product hardware enclosures, physical integration, and cabling.
  • Milestone Deliveries: Ensure timely completion and quality standards for key assigned milestone deliveries.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in electronics and RF packaging techniques, with a strong background in product development and production.
  • Education: BSC/MSc in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of RF and Digital product development and production techniques, PCB design, enclosure and interface design, and design for sheet metal fabrication and high-pressure casting.
