About the Job:
  • We are looking for a talented individual to manage all aspects of hardware related elements of our development activities.
  • The successful candidate will support the UK development team with HW sourcing during design phase, covering Prototype and Production Deliveries.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of hardware components (enclosures and housing) for a range of RF and Digital modules.

Key responsibilities include responsible for supporting the design and development of complete product hardware enclosure, integration of multiple modules into complete product hardware enclosure, physical integration and cabling, interfacing with local UK suppliers for development and prototype material supply, and ensuring efficient collaborative working with other functions in the research, development and production teams.

You will also run weekly team meetings to ensure programs running on time and meet product cost targets for the hardware components & maintaining MS Project Plans & Reporting weekly progress up to overall GreenRAN PM.

A strong understanding of Electronics and RF Packaging techniques is required to build Products mounted at the base and on top of Radio Base Station Masts.

This position offers an estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
  • BSC / MSc in Physics / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience of Electronics and RF Packaging techniques required to build Products mounted at the base and on top of Radio Base Station Masts
  • Good working knowledge of design, development and NPI processes associated with volume production of Digital and RF products
