About the Role


Job Title: Engineering Team Lead

Job Summary: As an Engineering Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the facilities at the Harrogate Clinic. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing a comprehensive maintenance programme, ensuring compliance with current National legislation and Spire policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain grounds, building fabric, building services, and equipment in a cost-effective manner.
  • To commission, record, and schedule all new equipment and services for planned maintenance on the network CMMS.
  • To ensure an appropriate asset management procedure is in place for all engineering plant and equipment.
  • To identify, prioritise, and report engineering infrastructure and compliance risk to your Regional Engineer Manager and General Manager.

Requirements:
  • Served a recognised apprenticeship in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Hold relevant certificates or be willing to undertake specialist training in specific areas.
  • Extensive knowledge of building services.
  • 5 years' experience in building services management.
  • Experience of delivering frontline customer service and working in a similar environment.

Salary and Benefits:
