Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing sales enquiries and converting them into confirmed sales orders
- Building strong customer relationships and driving sales performance
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the best shipping processes for each order
- Keeping customers updated on shipping statuses
- Chasing outstanding payments for invoices when required

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a highly driven, motivated, and focused individual who brings energy and enthusiasm to customer interactions, building strong relationships. You should be IT-literate and comfortable using computer systems, with a strong ability to work independently while being a strong team player. The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
