We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills, build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, and contribute to the success of our business.
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and offering assistance with purchases.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain efficient operations across various areas of the store, including service, picking, and replenishment.
• Maintain high standards of safety, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction through proper training and practices.
• Make informed decisions to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Stay knowledgeable about store performance and contribute to driving sales, reducing waste, and delivering profit.
• Maintain product quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
• Represent the company's values and policies while making everyone feel welcome.

• Competitive salary of £24,500 - £29,000 per year, depending on experience.
