About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Appointment Rota Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage appointment rotas for PCN staff, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing delays.
  • Act as the main point of contact for PCN staff when calling in sick, coordinating with patients to rearrange appointments.
  • Provide administration support to the PCN Manager and Team Leads, including managing the PCN MS Teams site and maintaining the PCNs file management system.
  • Collate activity reports from each service, demonstrating the work undertaken for patients.
  • Undertake ad hoc reporting as requested, preparing and circulating documents for meetings.
