Role Overview:

The Appointment Administrator will play a key role in the team by effectively managing appointment rotas, being the main point of contact for staff when calling in sick, and contacting service users to rearrange appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage appointment rotas to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing and circulating documents for meetings
  • Develop and maintain electronic systems and databases to support administrative tasks
  • Collate activity reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Confident user of IT systems, including MS Office and Office 365
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
