About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at HR GO Recruitment. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, focusing on building strong relationships with clients, up selling products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

With a passion for technology and gadgets, this role is perfect for individuals who are mad about innovation and want to work with some amazing and very well known brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, serving as the main point of contact for clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, building rapport and trust
  • Identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients on key metrics and KPIs
  • Address any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
