Job Overview

Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Independent Insurance Broker to expand their team and fill a requirement for a Commercial Broker in their office.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Pre-Renewal and Renewal Processing
  2. Handling incoming new business advertising responses
  3. Business Development/Identifying opportunities to expand business
  4. Handling mid-term adjustments
  5. New business enquiries
  6. General administration of commercial policies

A generous quarterly bonus will be awarded for any new business written.

Requirements

This role requires experience in commercial insurance and comfort dealing with clients over the phone and face-to-face. A solid understanding of the commercial insurance market is essential, coupled with excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner.

This role is 90% office-based with the remainder working from home.

Salary Details

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
