We are seeking an experienced Education Support Professional to join our team at a primary school in Gloucestershire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with students with Autism and excellent communication skills.

About the Role
  • Support students with Autism to achieve individual developmental targets through one-to-one work and small group sessions.
  • Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging resources and activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Holding a HLTA qualification is essential for this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are necessary for success.
  • Previous experience working with children with Autism is essential.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
