About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HLTA to join our dedicated resource base at a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Gloucestershire. As an HLTA in the resource base, you will play a crucial role in supporting students to achieve their individual developmental goals.

The successful candidate will work closely with the lead teacher and other teaching assistants to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of the children. You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with children with special educational needs and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive salary package estimated at £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
