Your Role as an Inclusive Learning Assistant

In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. You will be responsible for supporting students with individual needs, developing personalized learning plans, and contributing to the overall well-being of our school community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with special educational needs in a small group setting.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual student needs.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, making recommendations for further support when necessary.

Requirements

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
