Are you a finance professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our team at Safer Hand Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle purchase and sales ledger processes
- Ensure accurate data entry and prepare financial statements
- Support various accounting functions, including setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing ones
- Generate monthly account statements and provide credit control support
- Act as the primary contact for enquiries and escalate to the Finance Manager when necessary
- Assist with Management Accounts and prepare accounts for trial balance
- Studying or qualified in AAT or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in a finance position
- Excellent finance literacy and numeracy skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong understanding of general office procedures and processes
- Excellent communication skills
