Job Title: Financial Assistant

Hours: Full-time

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join our team at Hawk 3 Talent Solutions. As a Financial Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, and maintaining a high level of customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank statements
  • Assist with financial reporting, including preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required


Requirements:

  • AAT Level 2 or equivalent qualification in finance or accounting
  • Excellent working knowledge of financial software, including Xero and QuickBooks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
