We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team at Hawk 3 Talent Solutions. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team with various tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage financial transactions, including sending and paying invoices, chasing late payments, and reconciling company accounts.
- Assist with audits, fact-checking, and resolving discrepancies.
- Post financial data to accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier stats and ensure accounting records for clients are up-to-date.
- Comply with internal policies, procedures, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance managers and office team.
- AAT Level 2 or equivalent qualification in finance or accounting.
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage Account 50+.
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service in an office-based environment.
