About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger
  • Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and bank statements
  • Assist with audits, financial reporting, and budgeting
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • AAT Level 2 or equivalent qualification in finance or accounting
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
