Community Matron for Women's Health

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and clinical skills. As a Band 7 Community Midwife, you will work closely with the safeguarding and other specialist midwives to support services for pregnant teenagers, smoking cessation, domestic violence, drug and alcohol misuse, breastfeeding rates, parenting skills, and child protection.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert clinical advice and support to colleagues
- Developing and implementing best practice guidelines
- Contributing to the development of midwives across the trust
- Collaborating with external partners to improve healthcare services
