Community Health Specialist

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes. You will engage with service users across Custody Suites, Prisons, and Probation services, facilitating harm reduction initiatives, promoting visible recovery, and collaborating with stakeholders to address barriers preventing access to comprehensive services.
- You will provide effective brief interventions to individuals within the criminal justice system.
- Signpost individuals to appropriate local services and empower them to build strong community networks and recovery capital.

The estimated salary for this role is £26,530 - £29,114 per annum. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to participate in regular supervision and annual appraisal and review based on the NHS knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF).
