Customer Success Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Engagement Lead to join our team at App Samurai Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the customer engagement team. You will empower team members to experiment and take calculated risks, reward data-driven and creative thinking that leads to improved customer experiences, and set performance standards to guide team members.
As a Global Customer Engagement Lead, you will analyze the performance of Storyly using analytics tools, generate actionable insights to maximize user benefit, and develop global customer engagement strategies that cover customer retention, positive NRR, and managing a global team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer success initiatives.
We offer a competitive salary of $130,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer engagement, we encourage you to apply.
