Saaschief is currently recruiting for a Customer Success Director to join their team in the heart of London. We estimate this role's salary to be around £55,000 per annum, considering the company's edtech AI video platform and the hybrid work environment in St Albans.

About the Role
The selected candidate will provide an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals using our client's product. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
