Job Summary: We are currently seeking an Advanced Planning and Control Professional to join our SSNA Reporting & Governance team at BAE Systems. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the advanced planning and control processes of our complex programmes. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless execution by developing and implementing comprehensive project plans that align with organisational goals. You'll also need to maintain robust communication channels with stakeholders to guarantee alignment and progress updates.

A key aspect of this position is building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. You will need to apply your technical knowledge and skills in project controls, project management, and planning to contribute significantly to the success of our organisation.
