Job Summary

As a Senior Project Professional Lead at BAE Systems, you will be responsible for leading project teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, set deliverables, and monitor progress.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing project plans, setting deliverables that align to the technical programme
  • Identifying and supporting progress using project controls methodologies
  • Monitoring, tracking and reporting on progress
  • Controlling change using governed procedures
  • Providing support on Project Management issues and proposing solutions in line with the programme strategy

Requirements:

  • Experience in Project Management and Control (PM&C), ability to apply PM methodologies and tools
  • Confident in communicating with stakeholders to ensure an agreed project approach
  • Ability to perform advanced project reporting and scheduling

Salary: £40,748 - depending on skills & experience. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
