We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Project Lead to join our team in the Lake District. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive day rate and the chance to work on varied projects ranging from £500k to £50million.
About the Role
As a Construction Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading and taking ownership of refurbishment schemes on government buildings, ensuring successful project delivery within budget and timeframe.
Your key duties will include:
- Overall responsibility for project success, ensuring timely completion, client satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness
- Managing project programmes and schedules
- Ensuring quality expectations are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Assisting with site establishment and logistics
- Managing health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Identifying and managing risk factors
- Delivering projects within budgets
- Agreeing trade contractor package requirements
Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is between £60,000 and £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
