Senior Project Professional for Asset Disposal

Join our Heavy Engineering Site Disposal team in Barrow-in-Furness

Estimated Salary: £38,000 (dependent on skills and experience)

About the Role:

As a Senior Project Professional, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project management of transferring and disposing of redundant assets, working closely with various stakeholders across departments

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project planning and delivery, including risk assessment and mitigation
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to agree project approach and track activities against schedule
  • Application of project management methods and tools, including predictive or adaptive approaches
  • Consolidation of expertise from multiple sources to provide coherent advice and make informed decisions
Requirements:
  • Experience in major plant and equipment, along with a good understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes
  • Able to apply project management tools and techniques, with a focus on stakeholder management
  • Possesses an HNC qualification in engineering, which is advantageous but not essential
