About the Role

As an Audiology Domiciliary Customer Service Partner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and building a successful business in the domiciliary audiology sector. You will work closely with our expert support office teams and local optics domiciliary administration team to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and success
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements
  • Valid driving license

  • Ability to complete the Audiology Practitioner course within 12 months
