Job Title: Head of Customer Experience Transformation

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the transformation of customer experience across our organisation. As Head of Customer Experience Transformation, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of customer experience across the organisation, ensuring that our services are efficient, effective, and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Implement innovative customer journey mapping and data-driven improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture, empowering teams to deliver top-tier service and ensuring that the voice of the customer influences positive change across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery, resolve issues at the first point of contact, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer services, with a track record of delivering high levels of satisfaction in a contact or front-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer service excellence and the ability to use data to drive improvements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
