Job Title: Head of Customer Experience Transformation

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the transformation of customer experience across our organisation. As Head of Customer Experience Transformation, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of customer experience across the organisation, ensuring a customer-centric culture is embedded throughout.
  • Implement innovative customer journey mapping and data-driven improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture, empowering teams to deliver top-tier service and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance service delivery and resolve issues at the first point of contact.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
