Job Title: Head of Customer Experience Transformation

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the transformation of customer experience across our organisation. As Head of Customer Experience Transformation, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of customer experience across the organisation, ensuring that our services are efficient and meet the expectations of our customers.
  • Implement innovative customer journey mapping and data-driven improvements to enhance service delivery and resolve issues at the first point of contact.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture, empowering teams to deliver top-tier service and ensuring that the voice of the customer influences positive change across the organisation.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure that our services are aligned with our core values and behaviours.

  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional customer service and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the development of customer journey maps and data-driven improvements to enhance service delivery.
