Transform Customer Experience at Plymouth Community Homes

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive customer experience transformation across our organisation. As Head of Customer Experience, you will lead the development and implementation of strategies to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of customer experience across the organisation
  • Implement innovative customer journey mapping and data-driven improvements
  • Champion a customer-centric culture, empowering teams to deliver top-tier service
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance service delivery and resolve issues at the first point of contact
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
