Temporary Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a positive and proactive individual to join our temporary pool of receptionists. As a Front Desk Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests.

Our clients are leading Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Executive Search firms, as well as forward-thinking technology companies. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and their guests
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times

We offer a competitive hourly rate, starting from £14ph, with opportunities for advancement and professional development. Our temporary receptionists receive regular work, with the same clients wanting to see people back for multiple bookings.
