Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hyde London City. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Manage guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate records, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of front desk operating systems.
  • Positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
