We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Front Desk Agent. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

About the Role

As a Night Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay. You'll be responsible for managing the front desk, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring you're always up-to-date on hotel amenities, services, and promotions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven background in customer-facing roles, ideally in a similar lifestyle or boutique hotel sector.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Exceptional administration and organization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Experience with Opera PMS is required.
