At the heart of our hotels are the people who make them vibrant and energetic. We're seeking a team of dynamic individuals to join our Front Desk team as Night Front Desk Agents.

Your Role

As a Night Front Desk Agent, you'll be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You'll work closely with our team to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceed our guests' expectations.

Requirements

  • A proven background in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar lifestyle or boutique hotel sector.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Exceptional administration and organization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience with Opera PMS is required.
