Job Title: Night Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Night Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Standard, London. As a Night Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience, and delivering unparalleled reception services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their queries and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and events.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar lifestyle or boutique hotel sector.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience with Opera PMS is required.
