Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hyde London City. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
- Manage guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Monitor and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and tidy at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Basic knowledge of front desk operating systems, such as Opera.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
