About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Register arriving guests, obtain necessary information, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel facilities, and promote our food and beverage services.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities, including foreign currencies and collections.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud or similar property management systems is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
