Client Account Manager

About the Role
This is a hybrid role that requires both sales and customer service skills. As a Client Account Manager, you will work closely with in-country sales teams to align with the wider customer strategy and ensure excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with major customers, including category management, loss prevention/asset protection, and store operations.
- Develop client strategies, grow revenue by enhancing the technology footprint, and focus on software and recurring income models.
- Drive growth and sales acceleration with quota responsibility for assigned accounts.
- Manage sales pipeline and report progress internally and externally.
- Communicate effectively at all levels and work as a team member.
- Attend customer meetings, including travel abroad.
- Support Key Account Managers and sales management across EMEA.
- Identify and investigate solutions to retail business challenges.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Proven track record of achievement in customer service excellence.
- Ability to network with relevant groups.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and achieve goals.
- Experience in retail or product knowledge (CCTV, EAS, Loss Prevention).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and data handling programs.
