About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires both sales and customer service skills. As a Client Account Manager, you will work closely with in-country sales teams to align with the wider customer strategy and ensure excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with major customers, including category management, loss prevention/asset protection, and store operations.
  • Develop client strategies, grow revenue by enhancing the technology footprint, and focus on software and recurring income models.
  • Drive growth and sales acceleration with quota responsibility for assigned accounts.
  • Manage sales pipeline and report progress internally and externally.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels and work as a team member.
  • Attend customer meetings, including travel abroad.
  • Support Key Account Managers and sales management across EMEA.
  • Identify and investigate solutions to retail business challenges.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Proven track record of achievement in customer service excellence.
  • Ability to network with relevant groups.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and achieve goals.
  • Experience in retail or product knowledge (CCTV, EAS, Loss Prevention).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and data handling programs.
