We are seeking a highly experienced Development Manager Lead to join our team at DiSRUPT Recruitment Agency | B Corp. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of numerous projects across our development portfolio.

In this position, you will work closely with our Delivery Director, developers, consultants, and housebuilder partners to ensure successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing projects from acquisition to completion, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and overseeing project scope, time, and cost.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate development or project management within a consultancy or developer. They should be located within a commutable distance of our Peterborough and Gloucester sites and possess strong knowledge of development and construction processes.

This is a competitive salary role (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum) offering a dynamic and rewarding environment with opportunities for career progression.
