Organisational Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Development Lead to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving positive change and achieving organisational excellence.

About the Role

  • You will lead and provide HR support for key change projects and projects in the business area.
  • Coordinate and implement effective HR processes in the business unit to achieve high performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management to ensure alignment on employee engagement initiatives and organisational structures.
  • Support management with complex cases related to performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence.
  • Oversee the annual appraisal process and contribute to the annual salary review.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage payroll and travel policy.

About You

  • You should have significant knowledge of HR generalist processes and experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
  • An ability to work both strategically and operationally, as well as down-to-earth and able to build relationships at all levels.

What We Offer

  • Circa £50,000 per annum (DOE) plus excellent benefits.
  • A 12-month fixed-term contract based in Brixworth, Northampton.
