Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Bicester Village. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering real estate projects to health and safety standards, programme requirements, budget requirements, and quality standards while mitigating risk and seeking opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project management services to deliver small to medium-sized development projects across the Village, including brand, customer, and staff-facing projects, as well as maintenance projects.
- Ensure delivery of projects to an excellent standard and in accordance with both Value Retail policies and procedures and government legislation.
- Active and onsite management of delivery of a project in accordance with the brief and scope.
- Management of a project's programme and budget (including change management).
- Solve problems that arise in order to mitigate issues that may adversely impact the project.
Requirements
- Qualifications in Project Management and H&S desirable. Or interest in obtaining relevant qualification. Study package offered.
- 5 years' experience in a project management role.
- Understanding/appreciation of luxury retail and/or hospitality environments (to support the delivery of an exceptional guest experience).
- Experience adopting and achieving sustainability/ESG targets within the built environment.
- Experience in setting up projects with the required structure (including but not limited to internal & external project teams, responsibilities, approvals process, meetings, communication strategy, etc).
