Salary
The role offers a competitive salary of £36,176 - £38,596 per annum, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus. Additional benefits include free on-site parking, 25 days annual leave, birthday holiday, enhanced maternity pay, contributory pension scheme, flexible benefits, and relocation support up to £3,000.

Job Description
This independent mental health hospital in Preston requires a Registered Mental Health Nurse to deliver high-quality, service user-focused care. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the development of new services and care pathways, support the local implementation of the Nursing Strategy, and engage in continuous quality improvement within the service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess an active NMC PIN, 12 months of post-qualifying experience, and a positive attitude towards change, improvement, and quality. You should be able to use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
