About the Role

We're seeking an experienced sales leader with a passion for online media, music, and innovation to oversee our EMEA Advertising efforts. As a key member of our Sales team, you'll lead a team of consultative sales leaders, collaborating with stakeholders to define sales growth strategies, set accurate forecasts, and analyze performance to improve growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute sales growth strategies across EMEA markets in collaboration with the Head of Global Sales & Partnerships and country Heads of Sales.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to set accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and goals for the sales team.
  • Analyze, validate, and update performance data to drive growth and improvement.
  • Engage and develop teams across regions by driving development and growth in our people.
  • Partner with Business Marketing to create client events, social engagements, and sponsorships based on local market dynamics and broad business knowledge.
  • Represent the Spotify Brand at client/agency summits through public speaking, panel moderation, and keynotes within the region.
What You'll Bring
  • Platform experience with extensive understanding and knowledge of selling automated solutions via Self-Service platforms or Programmatic.
  • Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce and partnering with Sales Operations for maintaining consistent metrics on the health & performance of the region, partners, and people.
  • Extensive experience in advertising / marketing sales.
  • Highly motivated, organised, and entrepreneurial approach to work.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to strategically use data and insights to inform client investment strategy.

You are an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of success in advertising and marketing sales. You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive growth. As a highly motivated and organized individual, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Where You'll Be Based

This role will be based out of London, UK, with flexibility to work from home while maintaining regular office presence. We offer a competitive salary, estimated around £100,000 per annum, reflecting your expertise and contributions to our team.
