About the Role

The HR Manager will be pivotal in implementing the company's HR strategy, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services and programs that support employees and management teams across various UK locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations, overseeing training and development to uphold compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and enhance the employer brand by ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture that attracts top talent.
  • Contribute to the design and deployment of employee recognition programs that highlight exceptional performance and contributions.

Performance Management:

  • Support the Head of People in developing and optimising performance appraisal systems.
  • Assist in managing performance review processes to ensure they are equitable, efficient, and aligned with organisational goals.
  • Provide analytics and reports on performance-related data to inform leadership decisions.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong administrative experience with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
