Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Administrator in the Diabetes Specialist Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services. You will work closely with our team to deliver patient-focused care and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Community Nursing Team
• Make appointments and liaise with District Nursing Team members
• Respond to enquiries from service users and outside agencies
• Administer the General Domiciliary Care process for patients
• Ensure all administrative processes following an RIP are undertaken
• Order medical equipment under the guidance of the team lead
• Use a variety of IT packages for various tasks

Requirements:
• 3 GCSEs grade C or above to include English or equivalent experience
• NVQ Level 3 in administration or equivalent qualification or relevant proven experience
• Experience of computer-based information systems in an office environment
• Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload on a daily basis
• Flexibility and ability to respond positively to change

Salary: £24,071 - £25,674 per annum (pro rata)
