Job Title: Performance Marketing Senior Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Senior Executive to join our team at CHARLES & KEITH GROUP. As a key member of our E-Commerce team, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Affiliates to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive and effective.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of success.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook, Adwords, and Bing platforms.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
